Conventional contractual forms often lead to conflict-laden project execution because of inefficient and insufficient planning processes. iTWO was used as the project management standard throughout the entire project lifecycle of the Adidas World of Sports Campus South, from estimation to hand-over.

Nagpur Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRCL) is a Special Purpose Vehicle created for the smooth implementation and operations of the Nagpur Metro Rail Project and is a joint venture between the Government of India & the Government of Maharashtra, with 50:50 equity. 

For the digital project management solution, Nagpur Metro is using world renowned software. iTWO, being the central platform, has integration with this software, so that the team can see all project data in a single platform – iTWO. iTWO integrates 5D BIM simulation. iTWO provides an integrated view of the project by linking 3D models, schedules and costs. This supports timely rectification of the flaws in construction sequencing or schedule by contractors. By comparing planned and actual cost, NMRCL can foresee variations and have tighter control of costs.

YIT'S ROAD to SUCCESS WITH iTWO

Headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, YIT is the largest residential construction company in Finland and the largest foreign residential construction company in Russia. 

YIT started its iTWO journey since 2014. With the implementation of iTWO, the company can have all the information collected, analysed and distributed from one central system in an easy and fast way. By combining iTWO information with real-time observations from the construction sites, the YIT team can take early indications on where the projects are going and take proactive actions. Besides that, iTWO implementation has been a major change-management process.

The Deutsche Bahn Group is an international provider of mobility and logistics services and operates worldwide in over 130 countries. More than 300,000 employees work every day to ensure efficient mobility and the associated transport networks for more than 12 million customers daily in rail passenger transport. 

In 2014, DB issued a Europe-wide tender for a new project management system and selected iTWO. 

The very first project planned in iTWO 5D was Bahnhof Horrem. Horrem is a carbon-free "Green" station. It's also the very first carbon-free operated station in Europe.
